Office Location
The Osteopathic Foundation's office is located within the administrative area of the Mercy Health Partners Hackley Campus. The Foundation is not an entity of Mercy Health Partners or Trinity Health. We are simply leasing this space.

- Upon entering the main/front lobby of the hospital, take the hallway to the left.
- Follow this hallway down toward the end.
- You’ll see a sign for the Osteopathic Foundation.
- The Foundation Office is located on the left, just past the Board Room
